After being in an accident involving a semi, I met Josh. I was living in Indianapolis at the time and he happened to be in town. Josh was great to work with. I'm very happy with the attention my case was given and satisfied with the outcome. While I hope to never be in such an accident again, I know who I will call if it happens. I have to give a shout out to Susan as well. She was always prompt in her replies and never made me feel like I was keeping her from her work if I called in with a question.
