Worse tech support. Amplex internet has been a problem frequently. Just pent an hour on the phone with a tech and could not speak loud enough to hear. Asked several times for him to speak up. Was obvious working from home with other distractions.
....as a teacher, virtual learning is impossible as well as any online grading or assignments. Being told I "MAY" have a tech rep sometime early next week.
