I have lived at 2728 N. Hampden in Chicago for the last 12 years. Sudler is our management company. They have been extremely responsive and Dean Lerner even went out of his way to help me with a problem when I was out of town for an extended period. The kicker is that he too was out of town on a weekend and he took my call and made sure that the problem was solved. My sister also lives in a Sudler manager building and she too is pleased. Our building manager always communicates to us in advance whenever there is an expected building project. Sudler has a very unique web based system that emails, texts and calls us in these situations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to manage your building.
