The best thing in Hyatt Regency is the customer experience, which they achieve with excellence.
The experience starts when you check in, very polite and professional receptionists, very smooth and quick process, and when you come for several times they memorize your name and the process becomes even smoother.

Rooms are very clean, simple and with nice views over Riyadh.
The restaurant is great for the breakfast, employees are very nice, they are active and ask how can they make your morning better. They even know your preferences of food and what you like to have for food.

Other services are also good, such as the valet service, the club lounge, and the gym, which has all what you would need, in addition to an indoor swimming pool.
