I'm utter disappointed by this Ford Service Center...

I'm utter disappointed by this Ford Service Center. I've literally had to take my Explorer back to this place within 48 hours three different times for different service work that was done to it and later found that it was incomplete.

Sure they are friendly and nice up front... but if you can't completely do the job and I have to travel back across town to get it relooked at... what good is that?

I won't be coming back... I suggest you find a different dealer to work on it.
