Horrible customer service. I ordered a tank from an online supplier. First one was damaged beyond hope. The first supplier would not ship another tank as they decided to no longer sell the tanks from them due to poor packaging and many damage claims. The second tank from another supplier was cosmetically damaged but I was stuck and was leaving for my trip soon so I had no time to order a third. These things are shipped in a plain cardboard box with no inserts to protect the tank. I happened to be travelling through Perry Fla so I figured I would stop in to see if they could help me. The sales manager told me that he would work something out but a short time later, just kept telling me its not their fault as they ship them to resellers on pallets and then the resellers ship them. I.m sure that's the case but I can't imagine how a tank can be received by an end customer with no damage as it is so poorly packaged. Well, enough for here, I'm off to share my experience on the RV and truck Forums. Its a shame, such a great chance to delight a customer but a complete fail
