Originally, I visited this dealership and had a great sales experience with Sara McMan who is a good sales person and I was able to work out a good deal. However, as of since I've received horrible customer service from individuals in other departments. I've contacted Andrew in finance 3 separate times in the last week with NO call back whatsoever. I even went into the dealership over the weekend and was treated with rudeness and hostility by Yolanda in the front. She wouldn't listen to a word I was saying and was NOT willing to help me with my gap insurance issue whatsoever. Although Sara McMan was a highlight of my experience with Lithia Toyota of Abilene, the service experience has been horrible. Buyer beware: buying a car here seems to be alright, but don't expect anything additional! This would have been a 1 rating if not for the initial sales experience.
