You are NEVER left wondering when someone will help you. I was at Honda World twice within 5 days and both times someone immediately came up to me to see how they could help. If the workers who usually check you in are busy, someone from management will come over to greet you. Everyone is always courteous even if they are extremely busy. I trust that my car is in good hands. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
