I had the worst experience in my life with these clowns, I took my car for the transmission check since my car is still on warranty, the clerk told to wait 2hr before they can look at my car. Therefore, I waited 3hr until gone up to them to wonder what s going on? They suppose to compare my clutch with same car on their lot. Also to come get me when they were going to do that with the other car, but didn't happen. They had wrong phone number on their system, so I get that, so I told the clerk to get the other car back so you compare it front of me. Then he said Its going to be another hour & I already waited for 3hrs. Plus he said that in an attitude that he has customers, like I wasn t one, However, he got his manager to the floor Jae Kim to handle this issue, I explained the problem all over again with my car. Then I watch them both go up to my car, open the hood, check the air filter and walk back to me said that your warranty is voided since you have aftermarket headlights, tires and air filter. Quote "they are causing your transmission to go bad" I can't do warranty work on it. However, it doesn t work like that according to real Honda. Moreover, Jae Kim told me they have right to not do business with me when I start to question how my headlights causing this problem. The jae Kim told me to leave the dealership and go to another dealerships around the area, I bought my 3 car from them in past 4 years and this is how they treated me. Next day I called Kam Chung and told him what his manager told me, he was already aware of the situation, & apologized for his behavior but he was not going to take any steps towards him, Instead treated me with negative attitude, then he tried to void my warranty by saying your car has aftermarket parts on such as headlights, rims, and air filter. Therefore, He told me to come back but your warranty will be voided due to modification.

They only treated other customers with respect but if you go there with warranty work, they will treat you like carp. My friend told me that he had experienced a similar experience after I told him about mine.
