My father and mother applied to adopt dogs from here. They sent in an application two weeks ago only to find the dogs were removed from Petfinder and the website. Then, my father sent in a follow up email, and we received a rude and short response from Suzanne. I can post a screenshot of it. I work with dogs and am so disappointed with how BCAA operates. The least they could do is be respectable to those reaching out to adopt dogs, but, instead, we found we were treated like a nuisance. Unfortunately, I ve noticed most rescues and shelters act like this so I guess we shouldn t have expected any better. Shame on BCAA for such poor customer service.
