Extremely poor customer service.THE SHAW TEAM HAS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, COMMUNICATION OR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. I have had multiple service calls, changed my modem.5 times and switched to the the blue wave for which I am paying extra but the coverage is still poor. The video keeps buffering. The customer team said that the 5G network doesn't show up in my system although the service guy said that it is 5G. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND UNREASONABLE EXCUSES FOR NO INTERNET DESPITE PAYING HUGE AMOUNTS. Also they will keep you on hold for 3 hrs to try to get an answer from their support team , connect you to 5different people but none of them can resolve your issue. ONE TECHNICIAN WOULD SAY TO CHECK THE SPEED USING ONE WEBSIRE, TBE SECOND SAYS A DIFFERENT ONE.I ASSUME THEY SHOULD HAVE STANDARD PROTOCOLS . I would never get shaw again and would never recommend it. THEY EVEN FORCE YOU TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE FOR A SERVICE WHICH NEVER WAS PROVIDED .
