I have lived here for 3 years and never been late ...

I have lived here for 3 years and never been late in paying my rent. But yet I can't get anything repaired in my apartment. I placed a maintenance order on July 2, 2018 because I have no running water coming from the sink in the bathroom in the master bedroom and still 5 weeks later still no water. I placed another maintenance order on August 3 for the same issue and on August 6, I walked over to the office to inquire about what will it take to get the issue resolved. I was told that someone would come over to see what's going on. It is now August 11, 2018 and no one has been over here. Jefferson Lake Apartments is really not a bad place to live, but, it has the potential to be an awesome place to live if they can just take of the maintenance issues and the up keep of the property. The office staff seem to get better but maintenance crew just get worse.
