I am so sorry to be writing these complaint. I really wanted too like Allegiant Air/Sandford airport. I am a new customer too Allegiant. Unfortunately I will not be a recurring customer. I am troubled by my experience with Allegiant Air employees at the Sandford, Orlando Location. I had A wonderful time going to Sandford from Memphis. The crew was excellent! From the Pilot been informative about the flight; to the wonderful ticket agent. Everything & everyone was excellent! On the way back from Sandford to Memphis is where everything want horribly wrong. I was traveling with family and we had got caught in a bad storm which made us arrive at the airport late. Yes after the check in time. My father who was 10 seconds ahead of myself and my family, was able to get his boarding pass printed off. When it was my family and myself turn we was not able to receive our boarding pass. I was very hurt and distraught. I did not agree with what had just happened but I remained respectful. I pathetically have to say the Allegiant Supervisior on duty at 5:10 am was not respectful. I understand the policy is put there for a safety issue and as well to keep everything going as it should. But my discomfort comes from the Superviosr on duty demeanor. She was very uncaring, attitude was very despicable and just unacceptable. She yelled at me and would not allow for me to speak at all. It was a very hurtful situation. I am very ashamed for her to say the least. My two small kids was standing beside me and how she spoke to me in front of my family was so unbecoming for a women. It was very hard for me too grasp the fact that she did not care at all about us. Rather we had enough funds to get another flight home nor if we would be okay. It was Obvious she did not care. The flight was delayed due to weather. When I spoke too the outstanding customer service representative on the phone we was able to get a flight to Nashville. The flight was free, I thank Allegiant for the tickets been free. We had to get a rental car and drive from Nashville too Memphis so we could make it back home. My husband could not return to work and had to call out due to us getting home so late. All and all I am thankful to be back home safely with my family. But the horrible at experience at the Sandford Orlando is truly hurtful. I pray no other family has too go through that ordeal that my family was subjected too.
