Bought a headset to realise it wasn t compatible with my Xbox One (didn t know whatsoever until it was delivered).
Tried to get in contact with someone for a return and refund, have received no contact whatsoever and no replies to my emails, which means that the 14 day refund/return is now expired. Absolutely awful customer service and I m now stuck with a useless headset. Don t buy from them especially if you live in anywhere that isn t Queensland (I m in Victoria).
