We refinanced our home in less than 30 days with cash back. It went so smoothly, that my husband and I were questioning it all because we have never been through a refinance that went perfectly. We were used to not getting called back, or lost documents, or amounts changing at the last minute. Not with Jesse Henneman and his team. They were organized, answered every question without annoyance, and when it came to the closing docs... it was the exact amount that they stated it would be. Jesse and his team are honest, hardworking, and factual. I cannot imagine how hard they were working from behind the scenes to make everything flow together that fast and that well. We are still in shock that there were no surprises or disappointments. Jesse is an absolute blessing. We will never go with anyone else but him for the foreseeable future. Many, many thanks.
