My Girlfriend and I came in to see a White Toyota Camry they had for sale. We were greeted by Mike B, who brought the car up for us, and went over a few things on it for us. We test drove it, and liked the car very much. However, the paint had some marks on it. We returned later that afternoon, and while we were gone, Mike and the detailer took the time to clean up and fix the brake dust marks off the car for us. We went through with the purchase, and are very satisfied. Its rare to see a salesman actually put forth that type of effort these days.
