This is the WORST experience I've had with a dealer. Since day 1, we've had issues with the CarPlay; it simply works whenever it wants. I've called the dealer (Jeff Roberts) and he never replied. Six months later, and we're still having the same issues with the car. We took the car to the dealer and they "fixed" the issue with the CarPlay. However, just hours later, and we were still having issue with CarPlay not reacting. We e-mailed a video to the dealer on the same day (06/15/17), and he never replied. We sent the video to the Sales Advisor (Patrick Pires) on 06/22/17, hoping he would reply (and copied Jeff). It has been a month since I sent the original e-mail and neither one of them has reached out to us.
PLEASE, STAY AWAY from this dealership. You may also want to avoid Mercedes Benz in general. We're starting to have issues with the car itself (jolting).
