Recently spent 3 nights at this hotel for an Ingress event. Employees were friendly, but we had to call at least 6-7 times in the middle of the night for a malfunctioning a/c. Our room (122) was either 60 degrees or 100 degrees. Nothing in between except for fleeting moments. We also had to request our room get cleaned at bedtime one night. On Sunday morning a housekeeper came in before 9 am after lightly rapping on the door to count lamps . Really? I just wanted to sleep but it wasn t possible. The engineer crew were great but they needed a new thermostat or a new unit which wasn t available.
