... Within 15 minutes of posting my frustration in the following review, I was contacted by the Director of AMP Security. Jason was right on it! He was able to correct the past mistakes, and gave great effort to make it RIGHT!! Thank you, Great Effort!!! Changing my edit from 1 star to 5

Expecting adequate support and security service is far from what you get. 60 month contract with the ability to transfer terms to new owners if you sell is absolutely the hardest to do. After 3 months of assuming a residency and agreeing to assume the remaining 40 month contract has left me unable to access my home through AMP Smart...not so smart systems. The account is still residing with the previous owner even though I have docusigned both credit check and contract terms. When calling into customer service, the ever so polite phone techs, are miss informed and have no power or ability to escalate. How is that for security? AMP Security claims they are always in contact with their equipment... until they are not...when your locked out and have provided the secure passcode... you still must call a locksmith. To good to be true... well it gets better, with each and every interaction, employees fail to escalate, and notate. If you value your time and sanity keep searching for a better Secuirty solution! ...
