Watch out!! buying car from this dealer.

I bought one of the Mazda from here last year and it had a complimentary oil change but I am charged for oil change service every single time bringing the car for oil change service. I have no idea why they even bothered sending out the Survey. I commented on the survey that I did not get my complimentary oil change but no one cared.
This kind of tells you the after sales support does not exist!!
