I absolutely love Houston City Personnel! The recruiters that I've had the opportunity to work with were absolutely awesome! I am currently working for a Fortune 500 company they placed me with. The job before this one, I was there 12 yrs until the company decided to close the doors. I called Houston City and I was working in less than a week! I have had the best experiences with them. Hands down, for me - they are the best staffing agency around!

That was my experience over the past years that I used them. However, just recently I sent a few people to them in particular, my 21 year old daughter and she hasn't had the same experience as I did. I guess the procedure to get registered has changed. I came in to register in person, met a few recruiters, tested and was placed on jobs IMMEDIATELY. My daughter was told to upload her resume and someone would call her? It's been almost a week - no call. Completely unprofessional, I am shocked and disappointed. I will definitely refer other placement agencies to her now, I just wanted her to have the same professional experience I had with the staff I was lucky to work with years ago - I guess not, I'm guessing they're new new running the show, too bad. Not to mention, the reviews have gone down as well.
