We had a wonderful buying experience at Gary Lang Subaru.

We tested two cars 2020 Forester and Outback both in premium trim elsewhere. My wife initially liked the look of the Forester more while in the showroom. She said it looked more like a family car. We both drove the Forester first and we like it. Visibility was excellent and it drove great. After driving the Outback we both agreed that it was a little more luxurious and drove more like a taller sedan then an compact SUV. She also like the interior more especially the fancy large center console touch screen. She said that the multiple screens in the Forester where distracting. I'm sure anyone can get used to it but initial impression is always key.

Spoke with Rick Diamond over the phone and I had a amazing price quoted with in minutes. Very nice guy and he was extremely happy to see us when we walked in.
He set us up with Jeffery Galanty to take down all our info and manage the purchase process. Jeffery was a pleasure to deal with, he help train me on all the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable about every feature and was able to answer every question I had.
We completed the purchase with Ivan Romero. Again we had a great experience with him. We explained every document we signed and helped us choose a extended warranty that would fit our needs.

I cannot thing of anything negative. My wife never liked the buying process but was very impressed with how quick and painless it was at Gary Lang Subaru. She really loves her new car and I'm very happy she picked the Outback.
