It is my pleasure to give Jessica and Honda Universe a great rating because they gave such great service. They delivered everything that they said they would and more! When the deal was complete Jessica was still telling me more things that were included with my car. Steve, the manager, helped with the pricing, and he was nice as well (and pretty funny). This dealership operates with warmth and integrity. By the time my transaction was complete, I felt like I made new friends. They even had great coffee! I am actually looking forward to going back when my license plates come in. Oh, did I mention that I LOVE MY HONDA?
