Took my Lexus in for just an oil change. I was not aware that the inside of my tires were worn almost bald. Had Brandon, my Service Advisor, not been thorough with inspection then it would have been overlooked, and could have cause an accident. He always goes above and beyond. I have worked in an automotive service department. I know what good service is. I come to Mike Johnsons Toyota because of the great customer service given.
