Held funds for 4 days without any good reason ( I advised them 7 days in advance that the outstanding tax amount situation was discussed and solved with the municipality ) . I had to contact them to make them aware of the their mistake .

A month after the possession date the property still had an outstanding tax amount . Again , I had to contact them and let them know that this matter creates problems for me . They were more than soft in pressing the seller to pay its outstanding taxes .

Four days before the closing we were not informed about the appointment to sign the documents . Again , I had to call them to find out that the appointment was actually booked for the following day . Ops .

Contacted the office after the business hours and the administrative assistant ( Dawn ) reproached me that she is staying late because of my file . I sincerely apologies as a client for that .
