Carlo was an amazing technician and very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed on the issues with my AC as well as the steps he would take to fix the issues. He was very thorough in his processes all the while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service. I would recommend him and John Wayne to all my friends who have issues with their AC!
