HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE
Staying here Wednesday through Friday (2 nights) November 13, 14 and 15 for a conference. After my 2nd complaint to the front desk I just gave up reporting descrepancies.

First room (on 9th floor) I was given had several raised wrinkles and stains on carpet. I reported to front desk. I received another room on 4th floor....and it had the same problem. The hallway on the 4th and 9th floors were dark and gloomy.

I think the TV allows you to log on to your personal Netflix account...yet mine never worked.. it read no internet.
We woke up Thursday morning to NO hot water.

Our conference in the hotel ballroom receiving coffee throughout the morning but, the hotel began charged us $4.00 per cup of coffee after lunch. Why pay $4 for a $1.99 cup of coffee?

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was Bernie (Bellman) and Mary (Concierge). They were very attentive and gave excellent service that is worthy of praise.

I've had better stays at Motel 6.
