Genesis are great! They replaced my roof this month. The whole process has been wonderful. I first met with one of their representatives Pat who was very nice, and provided my husband and I with a very informative detailed consultation about the best roofing materials, a thorough roof inspection and also explained all the available financing options the have for customers. The roof crew were great. They had the roof tear off and replaced in a few days!! They were respectful of out home, and always on time. We also met with David, who was the manager on duty who was available for any questions we had, and kept checking up on the crew's progress, made sure everything was on schedule. This was a large project as we have a big home, and a considerable financial investment,. We are so happy we chose Genesis Home Improvements as they really delivered a quality product and have excellent customer service from all of the staff.
