We had the best possible experience buying our new RX 350 - Thanks to Ashley. From the time we walked in to the time we drove off, the experience exceeded over expectations. She made us really comfortable and it never looked like we were dealing with a Sales Person. Instead we felt we were working with a family friend helping us decide the best option for us. The car we chose had to be shipped from another State. Ashley kept us up to date. We got a great deal and the process was completely stress-free. To top it off, she went out of the way to get the car decorated with a huge bow, had it moved inside the showroom and had the name of our youtube channel (theuniverseguru) mounted on the front license plate. That just blew our minds. It made the already great experience even better and memorable.
