Oh my, how do you describe heaven? I have never eaten Ethiopian food before but I am now and forever hooked. I would tell you what I had but cannot remember all of the names, but what does it matter when everything was off the charts delicious! I hate carrots, both cooked and raw, but I loved eating the carrots that were in the cabbage and the green beans. I am also big on collard greens being done one way and one way only (I am southern and require them the old school southern way) but oh holy cow their collards are fantastic!
