spent several hours over the course of 2 days on the phone with rep after rep trying to resolve a prescription issue. They couldn't or wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. Thought I was making progress by talking to a live person, but she couldn't tell me anything because I wasn't a physician. I finally received a letter 8 days later explaining the issue. I quickly resolved it at that point.
