I made an appointment for a nose piercing at 7 pm....

I made an appointment for a nose piercing at 7 pm. We showed up on time but were asked to wait while a family that walked in could be taken care of. I was told on the phone that there was no walk ins and that it was appointment only. We waited for over an hour and a half while the one employee working took his time talking instead of actually doing the piercings. He didn t wear a mask and we even noticed he wasn t wearing gloves for one of the piercings. After finally getting pierced, he told us after that it was cash only. We should ve been informed before our appointment that it was cash only. Overall it was a super unprofessional place. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
