I am really against giving negative reviews, i'm glad to remove.

We bought 6 vans in the last two years from Chevrolet in Grapevine. Need to add two more soon.

The issue
We scheduled an appointment on Thursday or Friday. Service department told us to drop it off Saturday between 7 and 2. Our plumber got up and drove to the dealership and was there at 7:30am. They told us they would do the oil change and oxygen sensor and have her ready sometime Tuesday.... That's Saturday, Sunday, Monday, then work on it Tuesday. Who knows probably pick it up Wednesday for a Job the oil change place said would cost $400 .
Chevrolet builds value with this warrantee and oil change service on new sales but we can't use because of inflexibility in their service department. They want you to drop your truck off for four days so they can work on it for 3 hours . Unfortunately We use our trucks to make money and can't take a loaner car since it does not have tools or parts on it.

I do pay for this "included" service/warranty when we purchase these vehicles.
I don't want this terrible service. I would rather chevy take it off the price of the vehicle and not mention it.

If chevy had a good network of service departments with good customer service it would be different. Frustrating... From this experience I would say that Moritz does not have a customer service oriented service department.

I suppose I will continue to pay private businesses " kwik car" for this included service because the Chevy dealerships don't care about Customers time.

I did call to talk to a manager got bounced around the phones then left a message at the cashiers desk for service dept.

So wasted 2-3 hours of Shaun's Saturday morning and now I'm playing this review game wasting my Saturday morning.
