Deregulation is what needs to happen. My CPS bill has gone up $100 a month, from one month to the next. And we barely have our air conditioner at a cooler degree. We basically have to bake in our house and still pay the power company a bill that is as much as a car payment. If we have more companies to chose from then we would have a better bill.
