Hired batzner to heat and chemical treat for infestation. Was assured the problem would be taken care of by tech. 3 weeks after treatment we found pests. it took a week for a tech to come and respray free of charge and we were told that pest activity would increase for up to 2 weeks. upon initial consultation I asked about treating entire home and the tech assured me it was unnecessary and said they "don't do basements " . I spent $1500 on the initial consultation and treatment and they give a one month guarantee. A month and a half after the initial treatment pests have come back and I cannot afford another treatment and their guarantee is expired. I followed all of the after care instructions and was careful not to bring pests back. When Batzner retreated they recommended throwing furniture out. If this was imperative to getting rid of infestation I feel I should have been informed upon initial consultation. I cannot prove that my home was not reinvested. But as an uninformed consumer, I feel, Iooking to professionals for help I should have been informed that retreating a second time may be necessary and possibly offered repeated inspection services to make sure the infestation was taken care of. Batzner controls the market In the area for the type of pest I had them treat for. Financially speaking not doing a thorough job benifits their business as consumers are forced to return to them for future treatments that are costly. In chicago where there is more competition the same type of treatment costs half of what Batzner charges. I understand that batzner is highly rated but I felt the need to share my experience. With my 1 month guarantee long over and no current financial ability to hire them a second time I have not contacted them. I look forward to seeing if they post a response.

Update. 12/23/19
Batzner contacted my wife today. They offered to come back and retreat free of charge. I will continue to update review again after they have treated again. I will also add a star for their quick response and offer to rectify the situation so quickly.
