FILTHY DISGUSTING UNKEPT. I can go on and on about the level of grime all over this place. Mold, peeling paint, dried blood, scuffs all over, food on floor, crumpled up napkins, toilet paper trails and the list goes on. So grossed out and feel like you need to completely disinfect myself.
