It houses several vast collections including some of the most famous pieces of art and sculpture in the world (The Venus de Milo, The Mona Lisa), fantastically laid out in a grand building. You could easily spend a week exploring all the art. We don't speak fluent French. Many of the staff speak English. Bilingual or not, all were very helpful.
