The office complex is huge and the lift works. You can take a tricycle or bike from Obalende or Eko hotel round about to the office complex and from the office complex back to the street. The front desk executives are pleasant and my stay there was good. The best time to go there for official purposes is in the morning.

This build is a 21st century type, run through with glass all round. It is up to ~20 floors with nice aesthetics and all accessible, with larger human accommodating elevator. This building have a spectacular view in and out and due to it Super Bowl shape you can practically have an all round view of its environs. This place houses some key foreign companies in Nigeria. For me that shows class and standards.
It is situated in a friendly neighbourhood with a very good access road. This would be a great office space for businesses that aspire for greatness...

It's a 14 story building on Bishop Aboyade Cole. It's primarily meant for the staff members of KPMG Professional Services (KPMG in Nigeria).
Persons with reduced mobility can only access the building via the Ground Floor using the elevator, because the stairs doesn't have provision reduced mobility.

Splendid structure, great place to work! All facilities are standard, security is pretty adequate and parking is fully sufficient - wheelchair accessible and even for the entry and exit ways. The access roads are good, environment is very decent and ambience is ultimately calm and relaxing.

The building is magnificent!!!... One of a kind. It's a very unique green glassy scrscrapper / tower on Aboyade Cole Street in Victoria Island, Lagos state. The tower is not difficult to locate because of its unique structure as described. KPMG is a leading firm of professional accountants in Nigeria, providing audit, tax and advisory services. The compound is clean and tidy while the security and front desk attendants are always polite and professional.
