My first car buying experience with Francis was phenomenal absolutely no complaints. My experience with the finance manager Bobby Patel not so much. Two days after purchasing my car in august I went back to the dealership to cancel the extra warranty. I signed a form and was told my lender will be credited back the money in 8-10 weeks. It is now November and after several calls and messages I was informed the warranty was NEVER cancelled and Bobby is no longer with the company(shocker). The problem was resolved after several more calls for the form to be emailed to me and now I have to wait another 8-10 weeks to contact my lender and see if this was processed correctly this time around. I never received a simple apology for this poor customer service from a luxury dealership. I am highly disappointed in this treatment and when it s time for an upgrade I will be sure to go elsewhere.

Update 11/18: Still no call from Owner or the Manager
