I found the exact vehicle I wanted, a 2020 Civic, at John Eagle Honda. A very satisfactory price was negotiated with the sales staff. An issue occurred during the financing process which concerned me so, after purchase, I contacted the General manager, Glen Holender. Glen was very helpful and worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. This vehicle is the fifth Honda we have purchased from John Eagle Honda and we fully intend for our sixth Honda to be from them also.
