After spending dozens of hours and money, we were still unable to get our problem resolved and were told we'd need to replace our one-year old computer or live with the problem. In my last effort, I called Charlotte St. to learn if they had ever heard of this problem and was immediately connected to Mike Merideth (sp?) who instantly said it had to be a simple setting. Within a few minutes, he was able to fix my problem, was exceedingly patient and incredibly fair about the small fee. I only wish I had called them initially.
