My salesman was terrific, and when the sales manager entered the picture all was well.
I am happy with my new car.
After driving the car for the first time I pulled the rear seat up and found it had not been cleaned. No big deal, except now I have to make another visit to the dealer and have an hour wait while they wash the car . I did not particularly care for the heavy handedness of the man who checked me out in financing. Was his threat real about my warranty not being effective if I didn t take on the company s maintenance program.
Not willing to take a chance with a used vehicle I bought into the maintenance program. Not happily.
