Today I took my car in and Bubby tells me he can look at my car to see if I have a GPS. He calls to tell me that he didn t find a GPS; he only saw a remote starter. Well his rudeness started when I went in to pick up my car. He tells me I still owe $85. I m like for what you didn t take anything off of my car. Now Xtreme next door said they could look at it and determine for free. They would only charge if they saw something but since I have used sound waves many time before I decided to go with them. Now Bubby never said he would still charge me when he didn t take anything off. Then he s telling everybody in the store my business by talking loud. Scaring my daughter who didn t know anything about it. I never told her. I guess he was being disrespectful because the cop was next to him. But that was ridiculous. I should not have been charged and if he s going to charge me he should have taken something off. The worst thing I have ever experienced. I m requesting a refund.

This is to the response: Always remember that word of mouth mean a lot. I guess you missed it. It was your rudeness. I should have went next door they were willing to look at it and see if there was a GPS device on the car before they worked on it. But because I used you guys years before I thought I would give it a try again.
