My employer provided me with service from PWC Irel...

My employer provided me with service from PWC Ireland for filing the income tax return on my behalf. The return was filed with an anomalous characteristic due to my position but no-one from PWC ever contacted me to explain me that I was supposed to file a different type of document in the following years.
I tried to contact them and I got no answers in more than 3 months.
Now I have to pay a solicitor to fix my position with Revenue.

Really bad service
