I needed to obtain a typing certificate (not online). Most places are not administering these tests during the pandemic. Laura was quick to reply. She got me in the same day and she was very careful following social distancing rules. It was $20 cash which I placed on the counter as she instructed. I was sent to a secluded and spacious area with a computer. There was a container of clorox wipes so that you can wipe down your area. It was quick and easy and felt very sanitary and safe. They got this social distancing down and made me feel comfortable!
