My 19 month old daughter had a acid reflux test done it was a 24hr probe test witch means she had a thin tube put through her nose into her tummy and it measured the amount of acid her stomach made. She also had a sleep study done that same evening. She was not to eat or drink anything before she got the probe placed in her nose/belly and they didnt get everything placed untill about 10:30am & we got settled in our room around 11am. I ordered her lunch she never got breakfast she had buttons the nurses were supposed to press when she coughed , chocked, ate, & sleeted the nurses never hardly pushed the buttons she was only given so much time to eat & when she napped they never pushed the button & i dont thank they even wrote it
down. I was so upset about the nurses "ZONING OUT" into the shows on tv that i even said at one point "are you fuc*ing kidding me!" looking right at a male nurses when my daughter coughed 2 times he didnt even look at her i pushed the button. but that wasnt even the bad part between meals the 2 she got she was thirsty i asked if the nurses could get her some apple juice & he said he had to wait till the next nurses came in so he could go get it after about 3 hrs of waiting for the other nurses i finnaly said fuc* it & ordered her supper but the same thing happened before bed too & i ended up just ordering her something but when i ordered something i still had to wait an hr for it to get to our room. Also as she was getting her senors for the sleep study put on the doctor/nurses (i donno really what she was) but she was so mean and ruff i thought in my head (you work with children be a little bit more genital) i wanted to slap everyone of them they were rude & did not seem to care much at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE NEROSICENCE LAB HERE....go to OSU pediatrics! you wold thank a childrens hospital would be more genital & caring but thats not what i got even though i showed them respected excepted the one nurses who chose to watch tv instead of doing his job!

However i have had her in for an abscessed that had MRSA in it & they drained it & then she had great care it is different departments i guess.
