Very poor experience with this company. You can never speak to the appropriate person regarding an issue. The increase in cost of over 40 percent in 3 years without justification as yet I find appalling, they don't even have proof the work has been carried out. We were also not given the proper information from the housing developer regarding the charges, maybe legally ok but certainly not ethically.
