I have been a resident in the John Hancock Center for a number of years and have been exceedingly proud to live in such an iconic building. I find that the building is extremely well managed by the Sudler management staff who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my interactions with them, especially when I was renovating my unit. The customer service that I receive from the office always exceeds my expectations and everyone is always friendly and upbeat and greet me with a smile when they see me in the building.

The excellent customer service from the office extends to my interactions with the building staff, particularly the door staff, who are the absolute best in the City. The door people are always willing to help in any way they can, more like a concierge, and also provide quality scrutiny to guests to ensure the security of the residents. I am always "welcomed home" with a personalized greeting and it adds a higher level of appreciation for the place I live.

Overall, I think this company does an excellent job managing the building whether in a crisis or on a normal day and I couldn't be happier to write a positive review on my experience with them.
