Horrible phone experience -on hold terminally, over 30 minutes on 2 occasions and when down to #1, wait time was another 10 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up. I truly believe the music and canned numbers are just to frustrate citizens so they hang up and no one in this city office has to actually work. I would venture to guess that any person in that office would expect to be treated more respectfully and in a much more timely manner were they to visit MY office and the proverbial shoe were on their foot.
