Fusion has truly changed my life in all aspects. From growing as an employee to growing to be a better person, I could not even begin to describe the incredible experience. Since starting with them in 2016 I have learned an entire new industry as well as dipped my toes in a few positions so that I am able to work in a position that's right for me AND them. They helped me discover what I'm good at and utilize my strengths. I enjoy my job so much I forget I'm working sometimes. I know that I'm where I am supposed to be because I truly want what's best for the company. I also love having the ability to volunteer through my work in different settings. The friendships I have created here exceed coworkers. I love that we walk into work and are able to set aside our personal lives to really kick ass and do our jobs to the fullest. There's really something amazing to say when the culture at your work is almost tear jerking (in a positive way)- we build and feed off each other's enthusiasm and workmanship. The drive here is untouchable.

Also, I love my team. I want to help them succeed as much as they help me. I couldn't thank my managers enough for getting me to where I am and building me to be in this awesome role I have. I hope that I am able to do as much for Fusion as it has done for me.
